Career

College days showed his talent. Siddaramaiah spoke well. People liked his words. He joined student groups. His voice was clear and loud.  He worked as junior lawyer in Mysore. A senior lawyer saw his skill. That man was Nanjuda Swamy. He said, "Go fight election." Siddaramaiah tried for Mysore taluka. He won. This was his first win. Joy filled his heart. 

In 1983, he joined Bharatiya Lok Dal. He fought from Chamundeshwari seat. He entered Karnataka Assembly. This was 7th Assembly. People from humble home cheered him.
